Een Engels voorzetsel kan meerdere Nederlandse vertalingen hebben en in verschillende situaties gebruikt worden.
Sommige Engelse voorzetsels lijken op Nederlandse voorzetsels, maar betekenen iets anders. Het is daarom belangrijk dat je niet alleen kijkt naar de vertaling van een voorzetsel, maar ook naar de situatie waarin het wordt gebruikt.
